Daakon Investment is conceived as a vertical extension of the city street. A stone plinth holds retail and public programme at grade, while a glass tower above carries offices and residences.

The facade is organised by a strict vertical rhythm that shifts subtly across the volume, giving the building a single, quiet identity from every approach.
